Waitstaff: $40 per hour minimum of 4 hours
Bartender: $40 per hour minimum of 4 hours (Big Belly BBQ does not provide alcohol).

Fee Breakdowns:
Sales Tax: Standard rate of tax on all supplies and services.
Staff Fee: Covers a portion of the compensation for the staff members at the event.
Preparation Fee: 15% Covers the team members behind the scenes that prep the events, handle scheduling, maintain equipment, and all the other services required to making each and every event possible.
