Fee Breakdowns:
Sales Tax: Standard rate of tax on all supplies and applicable services.
Staff Fee: Covers a portion of the compensation for the staff members at the event.
Preparation Fee: 15% Covers the team members behind the scenes that prep the events, handle scheduling, maintain equipment, and all the other services required to making each and every event possible.

One Grill Master Required for every 150 people.
One Buffet Server Required for every 75 people.

Waitstaff: $40 per hour minimum of 4 hours($60 per hour East of Riverhead)
