SETUP
With Long Island Barbecue Caterer Big Belly BBQ you receive 2 hours of total cooking time, with 2 hours prior to the party starting for us to setup. We bring all the required equipment, so you don’t even need to clean your grill or preheat the oven. Big Belly BBQ will setup an area for our tables and tents that is in a prime location, easily accessible to your guests while not being in the way of the party.
CUSTOM MENU
In additional to our base package menu items, we offer a wide variety of add-ons so you can customize your menu to fit the needs of al of your family members. We offer such add-ons as:
